The Video Downloader helps is a Firefox plug-in which lets you convert and download video directly on browser. This tool can ensure users to save their favorite clips to hard drive with desired formats. The purpose of this tool is to make download and conversion as quick as possible. When you have finished the installation of this software, it will add a multi-colored icon next to the address bar of your browser. When you are playing a video in browser, this plug-in will automatically detect it and remind you to download it. A drop-down item will indicate the videos that you can download.
The best thing is that you can choose which format you want to download, therefore you can let it convert YouTube to desired formats. We have been waiting for this plug-in for a time and it works generally satisfied, though there’re still a few drawbacks.
